Wendy McDonnell, Operations Administrative Assistant, provides office management, supporting finance, human resources, operations, and sales teams. She helps keep day‑to‑day tasks running smoothly through coordination and organization.
With a background in office administration, finance, HR, and event and project planning, Wendy enjoys working alongside colleagues to connect people, processes, and priorities. She works behind the scenes to help teams stay organized, meet deadlines, and focus on the work that matters most.
A lifelong learner, Wendy continues to seek out ways to make the workplace more inclusive and business processes more efficient. She has facilitated staff learning events on conflict resolution, creating safe spaces, managing stress, work-life balance, and on how to give constructive feedback. Wendy is a member of the Association des Acadiens‑Métis Souriquois in Nova Scotia and is proud to be part of SVS, where collaboration, learning, and people‑centred work supports clients and positive social and environmental endeavours.
