NALMA Land Use Planning. Deadline February 6, 2026

First Nations may apply to the National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association (NALMA) for funding to assist in the development of their Land Use Plans (LUP).

Clean Energy for Rural and Remote Communities Program. No deadline

The Clean Energy for Rural and Remote Communities program provides funding for renewable energy and capacity building projects and related energy efficiency measures in Indigenous, rural and remote communities across Canada.

Emergency Management FireSmart Program

The Emergency Management Assistance Program (EMAP) provides funding to First Nations communities so they can build resiliency, prepare for natural hazards and respond to emergencies.
