Our head office is located on the historic territory of the Attawandaron People and within the Traditional Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Our office also sits within the lands of the Between the Lakes Treaty #3 (1792) and the Nanfan Treaty of 1701 and is close to the Haldimand Tract. We are located within the Grand River Watershed which is shared with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Six Nations of the Grand and the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

Our SVS team members work and live across Canada within a wide variety of traditional territories, ancestral lands and treaty lands. We honour the original peoples of this land. We strive to be accountable by acknowledging our history and cultivating respect in our relationships with our Indigenous neighbours and the land.
