Devon Stanbury, M.Sc.

Financial Controller

Devon Stanbury is committed to building community and increasing environmental sustainability…and making sure all the books are in order at the same time!  A former environmental risk assessment consultant, Devon has shifted her career focus to financial management. She now plays a critical role in ensuring operations and financial controls are running flawlessly at SVS. In addition to her role on the SVS finance and operations team Devon also lends her research expertise to Indigenous Knowledge Studies. Devon holds a Masters degree in Environmental Soil Chemistry from the University of Guelph, a post-graduate diploma in bookkeeping, and is currently involved in developing an intentional community model based on her experiences while living in Guelph, Ontario.
