Ram understands that providing IT support begins with a clear understanding of the work environment. He focuses on effective communication and collaboration and uses the knowledge he has gathered to create complex technological solutions to problems. His role is crucial to SVS’s efficiency in supporting our team’s IT strategy that encourages growth while allowing everyone to work effectively.

Ram started his career as a network administrator, providing IT solutions for small businesses. He then worked as a content moderator for a social media firm, where he improved the user experience and improved network security by applying complex policies to meet unique criterion.

Ram also has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and a post-graduate certificate in Information Technology Network Security. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.

When Ram isn’t busy collaborating to keep SVS’s systems running at 110%, he can be found listening to music, playing cricket, or hiking, camping, and travelling.
